Shanghai Museum | Blending Ancient and Modern | Exhibition of Bronze Ware from Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing Dynasties

As a Shanghainese visiting the Shanghai Museum for the first time, I found the bronze ware exhibition in the East Building absolutely praiseworthy in terms of its aesthetic presentation. First, the lighting is very friendly to photography enthusiasts. The background uses light and shadow or a combination of sharp and blurred images with the exhibits, allowing people to truly understand the role of bronze ware in past daily life, not just as ritual instruments or burial items. Walking through, the gentle sound of chime bells makes it feel like hearing the echoes of time! The aesthetic sense of our ancestors is truly amazing, leaving me wanting more and definitely worth a second visit!
