I met up with friends at this small restaurant, which is actually quite popular. Foie Gras Toast The flavor of the foie gras is well preserved, and paired with the bread it doesn’t feel greasy at all! Beef and Sea Urchin Tartare Really tasty! The beef has a lightly marinated texture with moisture removed, combined with the sea urchin, creating a well-balanced flavor. Seafood Platter You can ask the staff to customize the platter, and they’ll present a variety of seafood. Overall, it tastes good—slightly salty but surprisingly perfect with drinks. One of the items had pickled chili, which was quite strong in flavor. Octopus Leg A very large octopus leg, with a wonderfully chewy texture. The sauce pairing is also excellent!
