The dressing room is filled with hundreds of exquisite Hanfu, Qipaos, and traditional ethnic outfits. Professional stylists do your hair and match accessories. When I stepped out in Ming Dynasty-style Hanfu, my friend thought I’d secretly done a traditional photoshoot! You can even book their photographer — the results are incredible. 📸 The surprises kept coming once we were seated! The menu looks like a passport — so creative — and when you scan it, an AR panda chef named “Cheng Baobao” pops up on screen. Absolutely adorable! The whole story follows Chef Cheng on a journey across China to revive his family’s restaurant. The coolest part? The tabletop projections! While enjoying Jiangnan tapas, the table transformed into a misty riverside landscape. Paired with Longjing tea, the fresh asparagus tart and crispy turnip cake topped with caviar were pure magic. The performances were mind-blowing too! A dancer swept across the room with fluid sleeves, while projected mountains and water seemed to flow along with her — like stepping into a painting. Then a face-changing performer (Bian Lian) appeared right beside our table — we literally screamed in amazement! Every dish was a showstopper: Fish in sour soup with tender grouper and aromatic litsea oil Mapo tofu with wagyu and lobster — spicy, fragrant, perfect over rice Healthy hot pot with rich mushroom broth, melt-in-your-mouth snow beef, and abalone The grand finale: sweet rice balls served in what looked like a starry night sky, paired with Baihao Yinzhen tea.
