The newly opened Smart City View Hotel in Shanghai is loved by foreign friends

This time, I stayed directly at the newly opened Shanghai Jing’an Holiday Inn in 2025🏨 As a smart hotel, the check-in experience was full of technology, and I met many foreign friends, almost feeling like I was abroad🫣 - 📍Location: It’s right near Shanghai Railway Station🚉, a 5-minute walk from the North Square🚶 Whether for tourism or business trips, this location is very convenient - 🧑‍✈️Check-in: ✔️The staff were enthusiastic and efficient, check-in was very fast ✔️If you need help with luggage🧳, there are trolleys🛒 available at the entrance ✔️Free orange juice🍊 and cucumber🥒 lemon water are provided in the lobby to cool down - 🛏️Room experience: This time I stayed in a deluxe room (king bed) on the 23rd floor of the hotel, the elevator🛗 requires a key card, making it even more “secure” ▪️The room is over 30 square meters, spacious and not cramped, with a work desk and sofa area ▪️The toilet🚻 and washroom are completely separate, and the toilet has smart heating ▪️There are two types of pillows, soft and firm, and despite being near the train station, there was no noise ▪️The 23rd floor offers a panoramic view of the cityscape of Magic City, though unfortunately there was no sunset that day ▪️The air conditioning’s cooling effect is really good, no need for a room card, and it’s silent - 🏋️Hotel facilities: 🔺The gym is on the 24th floor, designed as a “sky gym” with floor-to-ceiling windows that expand the view, the gym is quite large and equipped with mineral water 🔺The laundry room requires a room card to enter, has drying facilities, and provides laundry bags - 🍳Chinese and Western breakfast: The hotel breakfast is very rich, and restocking is fast, so even at 9:30 am there are no “empty plates” ◽️There are three noodle toppings, the pickled vegetable shredded pork with diced ingredients made me “eat a lot” ◽️The hotel breakfast offers stir-fried dishes, and even sweet and sour ribs, which is quite rare ◽️The Western-style thin pancakes🍕 are quite special, you can make your own “egg burger” - 🍃Nearby attractions: 1️⃣Tian’an Qianshu: A floating building complex by the Suzhou River, with occasional night markets at night, beautiful malls, and many trendy shops 2️⃣M50 Creative Park: Lots of free exhibitions, a great place for photos📷 and check-ins 3️⃣Jade Buddha Temple: A famous Jiangnan temple with thriving incense, known for its jade-carved reclining Buddha 4️⃣Changshou Road: A street full of artistic coffee shops, perfect for a city walk
