Standing on the nano flooring, I felt my blood happily flowing; the earth mattress closely hugged my body, and I could choose from 15 types of pillows—slept like a baby that night. The Himalayan salt lamp by the bed emitted a soft glow, the sleep aid device played natural white noise, and the bathroom was fully stocked with herbal packs and bath salts. Taking a bath washed away all my fatigue. 🍽 At the restaurant, there were plenty of healthy food options. Yuan Yan Chinese Restaurant served exquisite and delicious modern Cantonese cuisine, while Secret Realm Western Restaurant gathered ingredients from around the world. The nutritious breakfast kickstarted a vibrant day. 🧘‍♀️ The biggest surprise was the hotel’s healing classes! From morning till night, yoga, meditation, and singing bowl sound therapy sessions were fully scheduled. During the singing bowl therapy, the clear bowl sounds brought unprecedented inner peace. 💆‍♀️ The spa and hot spring experience at Heng Yue Xin She was amazing—water dance, flotation tank, massage pool all checked off, plus the Himalayan rock cave and other heat therapy areas, nourishing both body and mind deeply.
