The stunning orange lights illuminated the ancient-style architecture, giving it an elegant, almost timeless charm. It truly felt like stepping into the past. Of course, a trip to Chenghuangmiao wouldn’t be complete without trying the famous Lv Bo Lang’s Crab Roe Soup Dumpling. Priced at 48 RMB each, these dumplings were massive and brimming with rich, flavorful broth. The skin was a bit thick, but the taste? Absolutely worth it! After our meal, we rented a shared bike and cycled to the well-known “Shanghai” sign for a quick photo stop. Along the way, we caught a glimpse of the Oriental Pearl Tower, shimmering brilliantly against the night sky. The ride was peaceful, the city lights dazzling—it was the perfect way to wrap up our incredible Shanghai adventure.
