The meal started with four beautifully plated appetizers: the smoked fish had an incredibly crispy outer layer with perfectly balanced sauce, the salted chicken was packed with flavor, the jellyfish head was super crunchy and refreshing, and the dish was garnished with cucumber for an extra touch. There was also tofu skin stuffed with mushrooms and carrots—light and delicious! The shrimp xiaolongbao were large, with thin, delicate skin, generous filling, and flavorful broth—absolutely delicious!
