The Best Hotel [The Shanghai EDITION]

This was my first time at the Edition Hotel! It was a very stylish hotel with a lot of amazing service that I can't put into words. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. When I checked in, the staff congratulated me by saying "Congratulations!" and upgraded me to a room with a good view, and gave me a birthday cake, a fruit platter, soft drinks from the minibar, snacks, and breakfast. I was impressed by this alone, but they also gave me beach sandals, an original amenity pouch, and a tote bag that I could take home with me when I turned down the room! I've stayed at Marriott hotels all over the world, but this is the first time I've seen such a wide range of service. I was excited. However, I actually had food poisoning before I arrived at the hotel and was feeling unwell. After checking in, I was so sick that I just lay in bed. At that time, the housekeeper came to me with a smile at turndown and cleaned my room, so I was happy. Also, when I told the front desk that I had food poisoning, they brought me some hot water and said, "We can prepare porridge for you, so just let us know anytime!" I was amazed at the high level of their suggestions and service, which were one or even two steps ahead of the rest. I was able to recover in peace. Thank you very much.
