First time in China, but definitely not the last

Spent an unforgettable week in China—mostly in Shanghai, with a day trip to Hangzhou. The Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Nanjing Road, Zhujiajiao, and West Lake made us fall in love with the country. And I haven’t even started talking about the food yet! Everything was amazing—the Chinese people were exceptionally kind, and the services and amenities offered by Chinese service providers are on another level. They’re not even comparable to European standards; it’s just so much more. I’d recommend a trip to China to everyone! As someone who speaks Chinese, communicating with the locals was quite easy. However, for those who don’t speak the language, I’d definitely recommend downloading a translation app. Many people, even in Shanghai, don’t speak English. But don’t worry—the Chinese will always do their best to help you!
