Tried and tested Michelin restaurant in Shanghai | 1-star Michelin restaurant, Maison Lameloise.

🍃Visited the 1-star Michelin restaurant, Maison Lameloise, on the 68th floor of Shanghai Tower ‼️Maison Lameloise (Shanghai Tower) is a 1-star Michelin restaurant and 2-diamond Black Pearl restaurant. I visited for my anniversary. 🇫🇷The original restaurant in Burgundy, France, is a 3-star Michelin restaurant with a century of history. The price is 245 euros per person (the same as the 1988 tasting menu in Shanghai). I chose this restaurant for my anniversary 🍴. We were a party of 2 and ordered the 1988/person menu and the 2488/person menu. 🌟Overall experience: 4 stars. Environment (4 stars); taste (3.5 stars, in line with the general standard of a 1-star Michelin restaurant, no particularly amazing dishes); 💁good service (10%, 4.5 stars), a total of 5,000+, 💕worth it for an anniversary, but if you care more about taste, you can choose another restaurant menu. 🙅First, the disadvantages: I was advised to go to the bathroom as soon as I arrived (a bit abrupt and disappointing). The greeter only took care of the man who paid the bill and ignored the needs of the woman next to him. This was a red flag for me. Then the food was served. The dishes were average and unremarkable. I was ready to give a 3.5-star review until Ms. Wu started serving us. She really turned things around and improved the service score. So it was a satisfying experience. 📝Experience of the day: 1988 (5 courses) 2488 (6 courses) 🍧Cheese tasting session before dessert 🕐The whole process took 3 hours. Each portion was small, but I was very full. ✅The sea salt mille-feuille, trout, and beef were delicious. The others were normal. ☺️Tasting menu 1988 (5 courses): hairy crab, yellow croaker, snail❌, duck❌, apple 🥰XX menu 2488 (6 courses): trout, yellow croaker, scallop caviar, snail❌, beef, crepe❌ (too sweet! They said it was the same as the original restaurant, but I couldn't get used to the French taste)
