Who hasn't ridden the LV carousel? I passed by on a weekday afternoon without a reservation. At first, I was just taking pictures nearby, but the security guard was very polite and told me to go for a ride since there was no one there. So I went for a ride. The music played during the ride was nice, and the seats were all cute animals. As expected of LV, if you don't have a reservation, remember to come on a weekday. There are probably fewer people, so you can ride it.
