The Qian Ancestral Hall was built in 1918 to commemorate Qian Liu, King of Wuyue in the late Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties. It cost 50,000 taels of silver to build. It is a three-entry ancestral hall covering an area of ​​more than 800 square meters, with white walls, dark tiles and horse-head walls. The style of a famous Jiangnan family. After the war, luck remains. After the 1950s, the functions of the area around the ancestral hall were adjusted several times, and the area expanded eastward to Zhabei Park and was included in the park territory. The biggest highlight of the Qian's Ancestral Hall is the well-preserved brick carvings on both sides of the main gate. The four large characters "Qian's Ancestral Hall" are dignified and simple. The historical figures are lifelike, the birds and animals are vivid, and the flower patterns are exquisite. During the renovation project in 2007, the brick carvings were rediscovered, and the Qian Ancestral Hall was upgraded to a municipal cultural relic protection unit.
