It was at a great izakaya-style Japanese restaurant I recently discovered! ⭐The ingredients they use are top-notch, which is key for fresh food! The appetizer included a 👉charcoal-grilled skate wing, which was quite unique. It was my first time trying it. It was a bit like dried fish, 🈶with a fresh seafood flavor, perfect for pairing with sake～ 🔜The sashimi included salmon, sweet shrimp, and tuna, all delicious! 🔜I've always loved their wagyu sukiyaki. The warm hot pot is comforting and healing! Plus, their sukiyaki broth doesn't get too sweet even after cooking for a long time, which is great! 🔜The barbecue dishes included charcoal-grilled chicken wings, charcoal-grilled mackerel, and charcoal-grilled pork jaw. They were all cooked just right, with a bit of salt and spices, yummy👌 🔜I'd also recommend the tempura prawns and seared salmon sushi. The dishes were exquisite～ I'll definitely be coming back to this izakaya!
