The layout is based on the Grand View Tower, and the provincial villa, Qinfang Lake, Tiren Mude, winding path, palace gate, "Taixu Fantasy" relief wall, wooden archway, etc. form the central axis of the whole garden. On the west side are Yihongyuan, Longcui'an, Lixiangyuan, and Shifang. On the east side, there are Xiaoxiang Pavilion, Hengwu Garden, Liefeng Pavilion, and Daoxiang Village, with more than 20 groups of architectural attractions.
