Built in 1928, it was originally the "Western Young Men's Christian Association," a clubhouse for entertainment and sports activities built by Americans Fitch and Rockefeller for Western youth. The building has a unique shape, blending the American Arts and Crafts style, modeled after the Reliance Building in Chicago. Its exterior and decorations have a slightly classical style, and the concave-convex design gives the building a horseshoe shape. The domino-style recessed design and the walls covered with dark brown tiles give the building a strong "American flavor" from inside out. 📸【Exhibits】 There are a total of 4 exhibition halls ✅ 1st Floor: Boat of History, introducing the situation of sports being introduced to China from the West from the Qing Dynasty to the early 20th century. ✅ 2nd Floor: Light of the Olympics (highly recommended), introducing the history of the Olympics, the participation of athletes in the Olympics, and the most interesting part is the various souvenirs and mascots from past Olympics. ❗Highlight: Here you can see the uniforms, shoes, and gold medals worn by athletes when they won gold, and they are real gold medals. ✅ 3rd Floor: City of Vitality, introducing important moments and memorabilia of Shanghai's sports development, such as Bolt's signed running shoes, signed jerseys of various sports stars, etc. ✅ Fourth part: F1 20th Anniversary Exhibition, reviewing the glorious moments of F1 in Shanghai. ❤️【Interaction】 There is a VR interaction area on the 3rd floor.
