How to create a low-cost summer water party for daycare children

After a year in the nursery class, friendships have deepened. The children make weekend playdates every day at school. To fulfill their wishes, a group of parents formed a "planning company" to compile their children's wish lists. This weekend, we had our first group party! ⭐️Preliminary Preparations 1️⃣ Inventory resources and allocate purchasing tasks ✔️ Venue Contact ✔️ Outdoor Equipment BBQ table, grill, camper, insulated box, disposable items, knives ✔️ Food Meat and vegetables that need to be refrigerated and frozen; Fruit, drinks; cold dishes, prepared foods ✔️ Interactive Toys Water guns, water balloons, bubble machines, footballs, etc. ✔️ Atmosphere Settings Tablecloths, speakers, pinwheels, party decorations 2️⃣Have a physical meeting with a clear division of labor. ⚠️Communicating in a group chat is not recommended. Group chats can be used to set reminders and assign tasks for easy access. After the parent-teacher conference, we held a short meeting at a nearby coffee shop. ✔️Game Team (2 people) Mainly responsible for designing games and leading the team to engage the children. ✔️Photography Team (2 people) I'm the one who takes care of the pictures. ✌️Another dad is responsible for the video. ✔️BBQ Team (4 people) We didn't initially think about washing and preparing the vegetables, but we came up with it during the meeting. This team has a harder time, having to feed 20 people. ✔️Dress-up Team (2 people) One talented mom learned face painting overnight. Unfortunately, her baby got sick and she didn't come back, but the results 💯 are amazing! ✔️One person provides overall coordination and leadership. We have many group leaders, but one is the head of a community with over 1,000 households. He has extensive practical experience, and Shanghainese people know him. 👍 She also handles communication regarding the venue. - ⭐️Review ❌Preventing ☀️Oversights Everyone took care of the children's safety, but several fathers in the barbecue group were overlooked and suffered some sunburn after returning home. ⚠️Additional mosquito repellent checks should be conducted before group activities. ❌Insufficient spare clothing. Each person brought three sets of clothes, but many forgot their shoes, and their sneakers were soaked. My overshoes came in handy. ⚠️Next time, I'll have an additional person remind everyone to check their belongings. 🙋‍♀️Valuable Lessons Learned ✔️Props and toys for daycare must be the same style (different colors are acceptable), and the number should be at least two times the number of children, with one as a backup. The leader can take one. ✔️Eat ice at summer parties—the more the better. ✔️If you want great photos, stay within safe limits and don't interfere with your children's play. They even had a few fights, and the photos everyone liked were the ones of the fights. It's a true documentary. ⚠️Children their age have their own ways of handling conflict. - ⛺️Venue: Carmela The large tent cannot accommodate more than 20 people.
