From the Delamond residence to Huashan 263 Time-honored Brand Pavilion

Huashan 263 Time-honored Brand Pavilion, located at No. 7, Dashing Hutong, Lane 263, Huashan Road, Jing'an District, Shanghai. This is a European-style garden house hidden in the heart of the Magic City, originally the private residence of the British barrister Delamond, built in 1899 in the English Tudor Revival style, with a double-pitched complex gable roof. After liberation, it was taken over by the state and became the office of the Shanghai Farm Bureau (predecessor of Bright Group). Today, this century-old house has been transformed into the Huashan 263 Time-honored Brand Pavilion, which gathers and displays the culture and products of more than two hundred time-honored brands in Shanghai, presenting the brand culture in various ways.
