Guests and diners will have different staff to take them to the lobby on the 101st floor. The decoration style on the first floor is gloomy, with a combination of black and red colors, which is quite low-key. The lobby on the 101st floor is completely different from downstairs, mainly white, with an integrated crystal table, wire ballet dancers that sway gently with the wind, and the elegant feeling is like that of a white magnolia. 🛏️Room: Luxurious hardware You can only reach the guest rooms by transferring elevators on the 101st floor. The doors of the rooms are different colors, midnight blue, Burgundy red, which is different from the quiet style of several hotels I have recently inspected. The whole room uses a large area of white and gold design inside, which is very bright, with a nearly one-meter-high bed (very high), Dyson hairdryer, magnolia-shaped bathtub, iPad control, and it is rare for a hotel's basic room to have such high standards. To cater to the needs of different guests, there are also new Chinese style and modern fashion style rooms. The only regret of the room is that there is a layer of support between the room and the outside, unlike the Niyama or the Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou, where the window is nature itself. However, the view is not overly affected, and this is mainly due to the J Hotel's strict requirements for fire safety. Restaurant: The view alone is enough to satisfy J Hotel's dining needs to be looked at separately. In terms of appearance, the red lobby's Chinese restaurant, the fan-shaped door's Japanese cuisine, the Italian restaurant with an excellent view of the sunset, etc., are all great and have won numerous awards. It's just a pity that there is not a Michelin star. The variety of crafts here is like visiting an aerial exhibition hall, and the taste is really not bad. The Yunjin on the 120th floor is the highest restaurant in the Guinness World Records, and the Huaiyang cuisine is very authentic. Moreover, these restaurants are different from the rooms, without any support blocking, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy an unobstructed view. 🏨Conclusion: From my perspective, it's not just the decoration that's the reason, because this high-altitude hotel covers a lot, with a wide range of tonal styles, which leads many people to feel less than expected about a certain part of the hotel. Honestly, for someone like me who has been to J Hotel twice, the overall experience of the hotel is very good. There are many floors, but the circulation is reasonable. The diversity of styles in the public areas does not affect my overall feeling about the hotel. The only thing to worry about is the weather. The hotel's altitude, which is unique in the world, allows you to enjoy the Shanghai skyline. It would be a pity if you couldn't see it because of cloudy weather.
