🌈H&F History and Future｜Liu Yihong×Ding Wei Double Solo Exhibition 📅2024.3.31 - 2024.5.5 🕋Xuan Space The original location of Bird Gallery has been transformed into Xuan Space, where the new exhibition "History and Future" presents the historical accumulation and future imagination of Buddhist culture to the audience. 1️⃣Liu Yihong In "Re-creation of Guanxiu's Picture of Sixteen Arhats", in the stacking, connection and interweaving of complex layers of color and exquisite colors, we see visual images with a mysterious and lofty temperament. Each painting seems to be an independent story, telling the personality traits and legendary experiences of each Arhat. "Reluctant to Go to Guanyin" has a modern feel. "Dragon's Fortune" uses skateboards as the creative medium and is made according to the ancient method of Dunhuang murals. The work is highly symbolic, with bold and bright colors and smooth and dynamic lines. 2️⃣ Ding Wei "Lotus. Buddha" is a series of works with lotus leaves, lotus seeds, lotus flowers and Buddha as the main themes.
