It's an interesting task to search for Picasso's original works among the exhibits in the six exhibition areas across two floors. The originals are hidden among other exhibits, waiting for visitors to discover them. A friendly tip: the oil painting 'Bullfight' above the fireplace at the entrance is an original, and other areas also feature first-time public displays of original manuscripts such as 'Portrait of Helen' and 'Portrait of Gina Lollobrigida'. Whispers of Mist and Wind: The Picasso Art Center is located opposite the famous 'Green House', which is also a house with a story: originally named 'Jue Garden'. Built in 1929. Renaissance style, the main facade is symmetrical, and the central entrance porch uses a three-span continuous arch column composition, with distinctive Spanish characteristics. It was announced as the fourth batch of outstanding historical buildings in Shanghai in October 2005. This was originally the garden residence of Shi Zhaoceng, a famous person during the Republic of China. In 1938, he founded the Yu Ying Middle School and the affiliated Yu Ying Primary School here. It is suggested that the City walk on Tongren Road could end here. Neither the former residence of the Yong'an Guo brothers, the former residence of Shi Liang, nor the 'Green House' is open to the public, but the Picasso Art Center is open for entry. The fireplace, carpet, chandelier, curtains, red velvet sofa, as well as the floor and handrails inside the western-style house vividly restore the appearance of the old western-style house, maximizing the atmosphere of old Shanghai and providing a perfect ending to the walk.
