Hongqiao Merlin Magnificent Hotel

This is my first stay at this hotel, and the decoration and facilities are quite good. The floor height is average, and the room is equipped with a smart speaker and a smart toilet. The default volume of the smart speaker is a bit loud, which gave me a scare when I first entered the room late at night. The smart toilet is a bit too complicated; a simpler one might be more user-friendly. I have a complaint about the cleanliness—the carpet beside the bed is really dirty. Why can't it be washed? Just sweeping or vacuuming is not enough to clean it. Also, for those who stay consecutively, the cleaning is too careless; they even forget to replace the towels they take away, which is unbelievable. Overall, the location and facilities are excellent, but the details, especially the cleanliness, need to be improved.
