Shanghai is home to a plethora of exquisite colonial mansions, the majority of which are not open to the public. Today, I had the privilege of stepping into No. 52 Yongfu Road, guided by the intriguing exhibition of FaFaQi. This Spanish-style mansion now serves as the headquarters for the Shanghai Film (Group) Co., Ltd. Upon entering, one is immediately greeted by a charming courtyard and an aged, towering tree. The tree's height and beauty evoke a sense of serenity, especially when sunlight filters through its leaves, infusing the entire space with vitality and life. The landscape and architecture complement each other perfectly, creating a scene straight out of a movie. The design of the building is so authentic, it truly transports you to Spain.
