Shanghai Hotels | Recalling the snowy day at the Conrad during my second stay

It was a windy and snowy weekend in Shanghai, so on a whim, I decided to seek refuge from the cold at the Conrad, located at the prime spot of People's Square. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was not powerful enough, and the cold wind was howling on the 50th floor. Lying in bed alone, I felt so cold. 1️⃣ The wind in the elevator shaft was also very strong; every time the elevator doors opened or closed, it felt like a hurricane was about to strike. The hotel service was enthusiastic, but there's room for improvement in professionalism. My room was upgraded to an executive room with a new Chinese-style decor, which I believe hasn't been renovated since the rebranding from Le Meridien. The facilities are a bit old, and the executive rooms do not have bathtubs. Upon entering the room, I found Venchi chocolates, and I also got a 🐻 and a 🦆. The weather has been bad these past two days, all foggy, otherwise, the view would have been quite nice. You can have a clear view of People's Park. The breakfast variety is rich and the taste is not bad either; the red-skinned shengjian buns are good; the egg-filled pancake really has visible eggs in it, and the chili sauce is also delicious; the scrambled eggs are great. The route to the gym and swimming pool is a bit complicated, but the place is well-lit, and I find myself lingering there every day.
