Popular Crab Roe Dumplings

The popular crab meat dumplings restaurant is located near the People's Square. It happened to be near the hotel. When we arrived at around 8 o'clock, we found that the restaurant was full of customers, including local Shanghainese and tourists with luggage. After placing the order, I waited for about 20 minutes. I believe it was made on the spot. The crab meat dumplings had a thin skin and sweet crab meat. The fresh meat dumplings were of acceptable standard. The fish ball soup was firmer and different from the Cantonese taste. The only thing was that the store was short-staffed with only three waiters, so it was a bit difficult to cope.
