Yongkang road Once famous for its over flowing raging bars spilling onto the street, now home to small cafes, corner bars and, of course, Sheng Sushi. I was worried that my favorite local value for money Japanese joint would be another victim in the long list of places lost to us due to the great shanghai lockdown (that never happened). What they got? Not gonna lie, it’s all your basic go to Japanese. Sushi rolls, sashimi, katsu curry, octopus ball etc. But, it’s is true value for money, reliable, comfortable, convenient and always has a cold beer ready to clench your thirst.
