I went to the Seto Pottery Festival in Seto City, Aichi Prefecture, the birthplace of shogi genius and current champion, Fujii Souta. It's the largest pottery festival in the country, with lots of events and a huge sale of pottery! I always imagined that pottery meant old-fashioned pottery, but there were so many stylish and cute items that I couldn't stop buying on impulse!
