The city transforms into a winter wonderland ❄️ with festive lights, cozy vibes, and plenty of spots perfect for holiday photos 📸 Our first stop was the iconic Gyeongbokgung Palace: We visited early in the morning when the sun ☀️ was just starting to rise, casting a soft glow over the traditional Korean architecture. The winter chill added to the charm, with snow-dusted ❄️ roofs creating the perfect backdrop for photos 📸 The palace guards’ colorful uniforms also provided vibrant contrast against the white of winter, making it an ideal spot for photography 😍 If you’re looking to snap a picture that encapsulates Seoul’s history with a festive twist, this place is a must-visit. 📍161 Sajik-ro, Sejongno, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea For those looking to soak in the Christmas 🎄 spirit and capture vibrant holiday lights, Myeongdong is an essential stop 📍We visited this bustling shopping district late in the afternoon when the street vendors were setting up their festive stalls 🛍️ The area comes alive at night with dazzling Christmas lights🎄 decorations, and a bustling atmosphere. We spent time wandering around the Christmas-themed pop-up stores and trying seasonal snacks like hotteok and roasted chestnuts🌰 Myeongdong is a great place for photos 📸 especially in front of the grand Christmas trees and colorful lights ❄️ 📍Myeongdong 1-ga, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea We couldn’t miss the iconic Namsan Seoul Tower, especially at night when the whole city is illuminated by Christmas lights ✨ The panoramic view of the city, combined with the festive decorations at the base of the tower, made for some unforgettable photos 📸 The tower also offers a fantastic view of the city’s skyline, which, with the Christmas 🎄 lights in full display, looked straight out of a holiday postcard 🙌 📍105 Namsangongwon-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea One of our favorite spots for unique holiday photos was the COEX Mall and its famous Starfield Library 📚 During Christmas, the mall sets up large trees and festive displays, making the whole experience even more enchanting 🙌 We highly recommend taking a few photos here, especially for a more contemporary twist on the holidays in Seoul 😍 📍513, Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea Throughout the city, we found several Christmas markets, with the Seoul Christmas Festival in the Seoul Plaza standing out 🎄 This annual event features stalls selling festive treats, hot chocolate ☕️ a wide array of Christmas decorations ❄️ We visited at night when the market was lit up with thousands of twinkling lights, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere ✨ 📍Seoul Plaza, 110 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul, South Korea With all these stunning locations, Seoul is truly a magical place to spend Christmas 🙌🙌🙌 #christmasvibes #vacation #travel
