A comforting meal in Seoul, Seolleongtang at Insaeng Seolleongtang

#familytrips2024 Seollongtang, means thick snowy soup, is a famous delicacy in Korea. This dish is made by boiling beef bones to a thick broth, and sliced beef and scallions were added into the boiling soup, served with rice and kimchi. This is very comforting especially eaten during cold weather. This shop located at Jonggak, called InSaeng Seollongtang, is famous among locals selling diferent varieties of beef soup. Though their normal ones is the most basic menu, but you can have another variety with spicy version. They also serve set meal which includes rhe big dumplings (Mandu). Price is very reasonable, and this shop is operated by the famous celebrity chef Mr Baek Jong Won, so you will see many customers young and old alike patronizing this shop.
