Mister Donut x Gion Tsujiri | Limited edition matcha series

As a fan of matcha and Mister Donut, This limited edition matcha series is a must-try. It is a collaboration with Kyoto's century-old shop "Gion Tsujiri" again💚 I went to eat it when the first batch was released. There are five models in total, and I tried three of them this time. 🍩ポン・デ・ザクUji Matcha きなこ (JPY 242) I personally like this wave pier the most! The chewy texture is paired with rich matcha, and you can taste the bitter flavor of matcha. The topping is a perfect match with Uji Matcha chocolate and crispy kinako flour. 🍩ポン・デ・Uji Matcha Black Sugar Tea (JPY 242) This one has brown sugar bracken cake and matcha cream in the middle of the wave tartare. It tastes relatively sweet, but it is not greasy because of the soybean powder on the surface. 🍩Uji Matcha Rishi (JPY 275) This donut has a thick layer of Uji Matcha chocolate on the surface, and a chestnut filling containing candied chestnuts and red bean paste in the middle. It has just the right sweet taste. The second batch of "Gion Tsujiri" will have Uji roasted tea, which seems quite attractive (≧ڡ≦).
