A petit French inspired bakery founded by the Red Card cafe next door. They bake their pastries in house which confirms its freshness and quality for their customers. The Matcha Croffin was certainly a hit! You can quickly tell the pastry dough was done at an artisanal level. The rich and sweet butter aroma that comes out when you dissect into it The toasty and flaky exterior which crackles as you sink through. It goes very well with the creamy matcha filling inside.
