Each person is required to make a minimum order (food or drinks), and once you're done with your meal downstairs, the staff will hand you a small salad cup — your golden ticket to the animal zone upstairs. Upstairs is where the magic happens. The space is set up like a cosy indoor petting area, and visitors can hand-feed the animals with the salad provided. Watching alpacas munch happily or the capybara waddle around is a wholesome, slow-paced kind of joy — perfect for families, dates, or just anyone needing a serotonin boost. That said, the space does get very crowded during peak hours. It’s not a huge area, and with the number of people plus animals moving about, it can feel a bit cramped. For the sake of both hygiene and the animals’ well-being, it would be great if the café provided disposable indoor shoes or slippers and required customers to remove their footwear before entering the animal area. Currently, visitors go in with their regular shoes, which may not be the cleanest option especially with so many people coming in and out daily.
