Bugang Blossoms (부강 벚꽃축제)

There are many cherry blossom trees and festivals in Korea. While there are some larger festivals that are popular, they are often far too crowded to enjoy. Instead, a lot of Koreans will stay local and enjoy the blossoms in their area. If you happen to be in the area of Sejong and don't want to deal with an overabundance of people, I would suggest visiting Bugang this blossoms season. There is a row of cherry trees on both sides of the old bike path and a few larger trees if you head north along the Baekcheon stream. In 2024, I wish to visit this beautiful place again. #2024wish
