The Sapporo Ramen Republic is located next to the JR station and is a food court that houses 8 famous ramen noodles in Hokkaido. The square is also a retro nostalgic arrangement. The steam cars and railroad tracks reproduce the Sapporo street scene from the 1945s to the 55s. I chose the Jishan store, the main baked roast sesame sauce delicious roast pork noodles, the soup base is miso soup, very authentic taste, the ramen is chewy and not too salty.
