With the concept of "conveying Sapporo's sweet culture," they offer handmade Japanese sweets made with Hokkaido-grown azuki beans and domestically grown non-glutinous rice. The specialty, Hanazono Dango, features a beautifully presented "yamagata itto-ryu" (mountain-shaped, single-sword style) bean paste, invented by second-generation owner Shintaro Niikura.
