Sapporo Agricultural Experimental Park, an agricultural experimental park where citizens can enjoy cherry blossoms and go outings

#Sapporo Sakura The Agricultural Experiment Park is located in Nishi-ku, Sapporo. The Agricultural Experiment Park was built on the site of the former Hokkaido Agricultural Experiment Station. It is a famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Sapporo during Japan's Golden Week, and most of the visitors are locals. The Agricultural Test Park is actually very close to downtown Sapporo. It is only two stops away from Sapporo Station on the JR Hakodate Main Line. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the park from Kotoni Station, which is quite convenient. It is also a good place for locals to go for an outing on weekends. There are also stadiums and water parks for playing in the water. There are as many as 250 cherry trees planted in the park, including the Ezoyama cherry blossoms and Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms that are unique to Hokkaido.
