Hōhei Kan in Nakajima Park 🌳❄️ Begins at Nakajima Park, an urban oasis adorned with snow-covered trees and peaceful walking paths. Nestled within this park, you'll discover Hōhei Kan, a gem that captures the essence of Hokkaido's winter charm. 🏯 Historical Grandeur: Hōhei Kan, also known as the Hokkaido Governor's Official Residence, is a historical treasure. In the winter, it's surrounded by enchanting snowdrifts, creating a fairy tale-like setting. Explore the beautiful gardens and take in the serene atmosphere. Hokkaido Jingu ⛩️❄️ Our next stop is Hokkaido Jingu, a Shinto shrine that radiates tranquility amidst the snowy landscape. The pristine white surroundings make this spiritual site even more mesmerizing. ⛩️ Spiritual Serenity: As you walk along the snow-covered paths, you'll feel a sense of peace and reverence. The architecture of the shrine stands in stark contrast to the winter landscape, creating a captivating blend of tradition and nature. 🚌 Getting There: you can take either a bus or the subway. From Sapporo Station, hop on the Toho Subway Line (Tozai Line) to Nakajima Koen Station for Nakajima Park and Hōhei Kan. For Hokkaido Jingu, take a bus from Nakajima Koen-mae Bus Stop to Maruyama Koen Bus Stop. I love Sapporo in Winter! ❄️🏯🌳
