[Top 10 recommended sightseeing spots in São Paulo]

#Spring0yentrip São Paulo is a big city known as the economic hub of Brazil. But walking around, it's a unique city with historic buildings, graffiti, and even a glimpse of Japan. Here, we'll introduce some of the tourist spots we visited! ①São Paulo Market Cheese, sausage, fruit, spices, meat, and the famous giant sandwich "mortadella sandwich" A classic spot where you can feel the local energy. The inside is spacious, and it's fun just to walk around and look around. ②Catedral da Sé The largest cathedral in São Paulo and the biggest tourist attraction. A majestic Gothic building, the high ceilings will overwhelm you when you enter. The exterior is beautiful, but the interior is also worth seeing. However, there are many homeless people, so be careful of your surroundings when sightseeing. ③Liberdade A real Japanese town. There are torii gates and kanji signs lined up, and it feels like a collection of various Japanese things, so it's different from Japan. And...the font is a bit lame, but that's part of the charm (lol). The exchange rate wasn't that good, but I exchanged money around here. ④Tomie Ohtake Institute A modern art hub with a distinctive exterior that catches your eye. The architecture is really cool, so even if you're not an art fan, it's worth stopping by. ⑤Batman Alley (Beco do Batman) A mecca for graffiti art. There are stylish cafes and shops lined up in the area, so just strolling around is fun. The whole city is art! ⑥Avenida Paulista A main street in São Paulo with buildings lining the streets, reminiscent of Shinjuku. The Museu de Arte de São Paulo (MASP) has a super cool building and exhibits. There's also a stylish McDonald's. 7. Santa Ifigênia Bridge The best bridge to see the whole city. With a 360-degree view, it's a spot where you can feel the essence of São Paulo all at once. 8. Underground Secondhand Bookstore (Passagem Literária da Consolação Sebo Subterrâneo) A deep secondhand bookshop located underground. The stairs are already covered in graffiti, creating a great atmosphere. A space that is irresistible for book and art lovers. 9. Centro There are many European-style buildings, and the atmosphere is very stylish and calm. The city is beautiful to walk around during the day, but be careful at night. Although there are police patrolling, the atmosphere is lively. 10. República The atmosphere changes completely between day and night. During the day, there are many African shops, and it has a downtown atmosphere where locals gather. I saw drugs being sold in the back alleys at night, so be careful. The main streets were relatively quiet.
