Santa Barbara Courthouse, known as the most beautiful government building in the United States, was built by Spanish immigrants 160 years ago and has been used for government offices ever since. The entire courthouse building is open to visitors without any security or management personnel in sight, showing remarkable openness and confidence. Santa Barbara beach is very peaceful, and the small restaurants by the pier are doing well.
