Wat Wang Wiwekharam

Wat Wang Wiwekharam, Kanchanaburi Province or "Wat Luang Pho Uttama" is a temple that is the center of the minds of Thai and Mon people. It was founded by Luang Pho Uttama, a famous monk who is highly respected. It was built after moving the original temple that was submerged in water. Inside the temple, it is shady and quiet, suitable for meditation. There is a museum of Luang Pho Uttama that displays real belongings and rare photographs. The temple is located not far from the Mon Bridge and Sangkhla Buri town.
