The historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and exploring the narrow streets feels like stepping back in time. Entrance to the Guaita Tower, the oldest of the three iconic towers, is just €4.50, and it provides stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Definitely worth the hike up! The small size of San Marino makes it easy to explore in a day, but there’s plenty to see. I loved visiting the Basilica di San Marino and wandering through the museums showcasing the country’s rich history. The nearby Piazza della Libertà is a great spot for a coffee while people-watching.
