This is the food trip I have been looking forward to for a long time! Red Lobster has always been a paradise for seafood lovers. This time I ordered their signature dish "Ultimate Feast", which really lived up to its reputation and made me immersed in the double enjoyment of seafood and deliciousness from beginning to end. This time, the "Ultimate Feast" is a super luxurious combination that allows me to satisfy my craving for multiple types of seafood at once. I chose two Premium Selections: Maine Lobster Tail and 7oz Sirloin, and paired them with two Classic Selections: Garlic Shrimp Scampi and Coconut Shrimp. Just hearing the names makes one drool! For the appetizer, we ordered their classic "Clam Chowder", which was warm and rich, and the perfect start to this gourmet feast. Let’s talk about the appetizer, clam chowder soup first! As soon as the soup is served, the rich aroma of milk hits your nose. It is full of clam meat and fresh vegetables. The taste is thick but not greasy. You can feel full of happiness in every bite. The soup is also paired with their signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which are soft and slightly salty, and are really delicious when dipped in the soup! I think this soup not only warms up the body, but also serves as a perfect prelude to the seafood feast that is to follow. Next is the highlight of "Ultimate Feast"! The first dish to appear is the Maine Lobster Tail. The lobster tail is tender and juicy, and paired with melted butter, it melts in your mouth and is a perfect example of high-end enjoyment. The 7oz Sirloin steak next to it was fried to perfection, with a slightly charred outer skin and a hint of charcoal aroma, while the inside retained a tender, red and juicy texture. The combination of land and sea is truly amazing. Classic Selection’s Garlic Shrimp Scampi is a perfect combination of garlic and cream. The shrimp is chewy and flavorful, and you can’t stop eating it with every bite. The Coconut Shrimp brings a touch of tropical flavor. It is wrapped in crispy coconut shreds on the outside, and when you bite it, you can find the fresh and sweet shrimp meat. Dip it in the sweet sauce on the side, and the sweet and salty taste is unforgettable. Overall, this Red Lobster experience completely exceeded expectations! The Ultimate Feast is generous in portion and diverse in variety, perfect for those who want to try a variety of flavors at once.
