The true reason behind awarding this property a 5-star rating lies in the exceptional level of service we experienced during our stay. Every aspect was executed flawlessly. Although we encountered a minor concern with the Regency Club, the management team promptly addressed the issue, demonstrating their attentiveness. Beautiful hotel. Great access to the ferry building and a Bart station and cable car stop right outside made it convenient to get to other places.
