Market Lane Coffee

There are huge cafe brand like Market Lane, Ona, Code Black etc in my neighborhood, Brunswick. Among them, I will post at Market Lane today! Market Lane Coffee - Sydney Rd has a relatively big place and specialty coffee. Also one of few cafes in Australia that operate close 5pm. I like it but I am still adjusting to the early closing in Australia Coffee Culture. Because almost Korea cafes are open until 9 or 10pm🥹 Anyway! I tried a Long Black of Single Origin at Market Lane. It was a Bolivia Caranavi region with washed processing coffee bean! It has high acidity like cherry, red fruit and sweetness like sweet potato and after taste is bitterness like cacaonibs!
