A very cute Thai dessert cafe!

Kanung Kamtan | Palm Sugar Cafe, Mahachai A dessert shop in a homey glasshouse. Their signature is 'palm sugar', which they roast themselves and use as the main ingredient in many dishes. The shop sells everything from Thai desserts, ice cream, shaved ice, bread, and drinks. Today, I tried many things and everything was delicious and impressive!! The taste is not too sweet, very satisfying. The palm sugar is really fragrant. The shop makes many things themselves, such as the Lod Chong, which is made by themselves and is very chewy. The Kaloji is also delicious. It goes very well with the Hojicha ice cream. And what I really like is the palm sugar toast, which is bread baked with palm sugar. It's really different from anywhere else. I like it so much that I ordered another plate of it alone, lol. (I recommend eating it with hot tea, it's great!) The shop is cute and is a small glasshouse. Under the big tree, very cozy. The owner is cute and is a sibling who runs the business with her mother. The price is also very good. I would recommend it to anyone who lives nearby or who lives far away to stop by before going to Cha-am or Hua Hin.
