Hyatt Regency Club Saipan is the second best resort in Saipan after Kensington! I stayed at Hyatt for 3 nights and Aqua for 2 nights, and my first impression was that Hyatt is far superior in terms of transportation and commercial area, but Aqua is far superior in terms of cleanliness ㅠㅠ If you are going here, make sure to bring plenty of shower filters… The cleanliness is really not that great… Other than that, everything was great!
