Feeding elephants at Sai Yok Elephant Camp, Kanchanaburi Province 🐘

📍Sai Yok Elephant Camp, Kanchanaburi Province 🐘 Today, we traveled to Kanchanaburi Province. Before checking into our accommodation, we stopped by the elephant camp with our son. This elephant conservation and care center offers visitors a chance to learn and participate closely in elephant care. They also offer a variety of activities, including bathing the elephants, cooking for them, watching them play in the mud pit, and planting trees for them. However, our family and I were short on time, so we only managed to feed the elephants. 🥰🥰 The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their safety was our top priority. We bought two buckets of watermelons, each for 100 baht, to feed the elephants. I must say, the elephants here are incredibly cute, tame, and gentle. We didn't see any ropes, canes, or anything like that. We just opened the barn door and the elephants walked out on their own. The elephants here are definitely well cared for. 👍🏻👍🏻 The staff even let the elephants pose for photos, and they did some really funny things.
