#hatyaitrip Visited Hoco café twice in a row for our trip back and forth Hatyai. Hoco Café in Sadao isn’t just about coffee and vibes—it also serves up some seriously good eats, like their fried barramundi fish with Thai dipping sauce. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the whole fish is deep-fried to golden perfection. What really brings it to life is the traditional Thai dipping sauce—zesty, tangy, a little spicy, and packed with flavor from fresh chilies, garlic, lime, and fish sauce. It’s the kind of dish meant to be shared, especially with a side of jasmine rice. Perfect for a hearty dinner in a cozy, stylish setting near the border. Definitely seeing myself revisiting again!
