5-day Guangdong road trip: Hot springs, gourmet food, and flower viewing

Starting from Guangzhou, the first stop is Longmen Dipai to soak in the hot springs and eat local delicacies such as Longmen Xushi Chicken, which can be prepared as mud-baked Xushi Chicken. On the second day, take the expressway to Ruyuan, Shaoguan. First, navigate to Dabu Town, and then enter the Guangdong Grand Canyon for sightseeing. In the evening, drive back to Ruyuan city for accommodation. The road is full of winding mountain roads, so drive carefully and pay attention to safety. On the third day, go to Nanling National Forest Park and drive around Nanling Lake for about 60 km. There are many B&Bs with hot springs in Chegan Reservoir. On the fourth day, go to Yangshan, which is famous for its delicious Yangshan Chicken. Pass by Yingde Peak Forest Town and Cave Fairyland along the way. The ticket price for the two attractions is CNY 238. In the evening, go to Qingyuan Sankeng and check in to Yunman, where you can also soak in the hot springs. On the fifth day, wake up naturally and go to the nearby market to buy the famous Qingyuan Chicken, and then drive back to your lovely home!
