#AprilGoodDestinations2025 Lake Rotorua is the second largest lake in the North Island, second only to Lake Taupo. It is a crater lake left over from a volcanic eruption 200,000 years ago. Today I came to Lake Rotorua and took the roller turbine cruise ship Lakeland Queen. When I entered the town of Rotorua, I was attracted by its tranquility and the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains. After getting off the bus, I walked along the trail towards the pier. There are many birds and ducks on both sides of the trail, leisurely strolling on the lawn to find food. While waiting for the boat, I took some time to take pictures of the scenery on the shore with my mobile phone. After sailing, the ship passed through Kawaha Point, Sulfur Bay and Mokia Island. The scenery along the coast and the beautiful views of lakes and mountains make tourists intoxicated. People who live here are really lucky to have such a paradise-like environment, which makes us who live in Taiwan very envious.
