Visited the fragrant sea and Brewis in Weihai

On the first day in Weihai, I went to the fragrant sea and Brewis beach in Rongcheng City. It was a bit far to drive, so I chose to take the high-speed train to Weihai Station and hitch a ride to the scenic spot. (Both Weihai Station and Rongcheng Station are quite far from the fragrant sea and Brewis, so you need to take a taxi. Weihai North Station is closer to Torch Eight Street and the International Bathing Beach). The sea in Weihai is indeed quite clean, but due to its rising popularity in recent years, there are more and more people at the beach, and commercialization is somewhat affecting the experience. I remind everyone to be mindful of protecting the environment when traveling I planned a three-day itinerary, made some travel guides, booked round-trip high-speed train tickets and two nights at hotels (the places to visit were in different districts, so I booked different hotels), and even roughly planned the taxi travel time and cost or walking and cycling time between stations or scenic spots. But in the evening, I checked the weather forecast on my phone and saw rain , which made me worry about it affecting my sightseeing and photography. I consulted local netizens and read online that Weihai's weather is not always accurate, and since it was too much trouble to reschedule, I decided to take a chance. The weather was still good when I arrived in Weihai at two in the afternoon, and for the half-day itinerary, I took a taxi from Weihai Station to the fragrant sea. The ride-share driver mentioned that there was a heavy rain in the morning. I spent less than two hours at the fragrant sea and then took a taxi to Brewis beach, where I played until the evening, watched a beach music festival and fireworks, and then returned to the nearby hotel I had booked, where they even upgraded my room. 😆 I travel to wander and take photos, and I'm not very demanding about food and accommodation.
